Transport and delivery

• Whenever you place an order that needs to be delivered, the items will be delivered by TIPSA. If an additional address is not specified, the delivery will be make on the billing address. You can set a different delivery address during the process payment.

Please keep in mind that we can not deliver in a country wich differs from the billing address. Please make sure you are buying from your country billing address.
We will make our best to perform the delivery in a 7 days deadline, from the confirmation date of the order. Orders will be sent from Spain and delivery time will depend of your country of residence. Usually it takes between 5 and 8 working days.
When your order has been sent from our warehouses, we will notify you with an email alert in wich you can find a tracking number so you can keep track of your order.
All the orders are sent via regular class mail.Within national territory we will charge 9,95 €. You can check the shipping costs at anytime by checking the shopping cart and the specifications of the order.
Please bear in mind Canary Islands are subject to import/export taxes. This tax may be applicable in customs and will have to be paid by the time of delivery.
